Clipboards

Hi everyone. I have a wonderful range of very useful clipboards on this site, and they are in a variety of themes. Most clipboards are very plain with no decoration, pen loop or paper stock. Mine have all three. I’ll show you a selection of my clipboard and how they. Look.

Lemon Clipboard

I used a lemon patterned paper for the front of this board. The back is a plain yellow colour. I added a pen loop in the same yellow and the clip on the top is actually a hair clip. I used a coordinated colour of paper on my lemon clipboard. These handy boards are perfect if you don’t want the bother of going through a notebook, but want a quick and easy way of making notes. They can be left on a table or desk, or even your bedside table and they look very attractive. See below for the other two boards in the Summer Fruits Collection.

WATERMELON BOARD

This is made in the same way as the lemon clipboard. The watermelon clip is also a hair clip. I buy my hair clips from a variety of places, but this one and the lemon one came from my local Accessorize store. They have a good range and will enhance any designer clipboard that you want to make.

This is my strawberry clipboard and the paper that I used on the front is from a roll of wrapping paper. The back has a sheet of red card on it to coordinate with the pen loop and strip at the top of the clipboard.

These boards make such attractive gifts and if you sell your items, are a great addition to your range of products. I use a white mount board as my base, and cut it to size as required. I have three sizes of clipboard in my range.

A4

6×8 inches

4×6 inches

You can use any type of clip that you like and even collect them if you see a clip that you like.

If you prefer a plainer clip for your clipboards, Rymans sell a wonderful pack of coloured bulldog clips. These make great boards too and I sometimes use them.

Have fun with your clipboards and do let me know in the comments if you need any further information.

HAPPY CRAFTING 🌅

A4 Clipboard

This is the largest clipboard that I make. It’s an A4 size. The patterns and colours vary, and I’m currently designing more masculine styles so that they are suitable for everyone. Each board has a designer paper and clip and they all come with a pen loop. This was the first designer clipboard that I ever made, and it’s still my favourite.

ANIMAL CLIPBOARD

This is the first animal clipboard that I made. It’s a painting that I did some time ago and it was a commission for a lady who loves owls. The patterned paper is actually wrapping paper that coordinates with the picture and the clip is a hair clip. These animal boards are great for children as they encourage them to write and not rely on a keyboard all of the time.

CHECKERED CLIPBOARD

This style of clipboard is suitable for any gender. It’s a stylish plaid patterned paper which actually came from a Christmas pad. As it’s not obviously a Christmas image, it could be used all year round. The back is red and the clip, as with the others, is a hair clip, but a simpler or coloured bulldog clip could be used. The pen loop is a roll of red card to match the colour of the clipboard. As with all of my clipboards, this one is supplied with a stock of paper. I removed it to show the pattern of the board.
